Hiii. Due to insistent public demand… JK. Due to the request of literally just three people, I’m gonna share with you my spotify playlists, in case you’re interested as well. Now, just a disclaimer: If you’re expecting to see Global Top Hits-ish type of playlist, this is not it. In fact my friends always make fun of me for not being updated on the latest music. Also, I am not a cool person who listens to "cool" music only (whatever that means). I like old cheesy, girly songs here and there, and there’s no shame in that. What can I do? I like what I like. ;)
But if you’re still up for it, or just plain curious, please keep reading cos you might see something you like. :)
1. mood
aka my 2020 playlist. Basically just songs I started listening to this year and am currently in to.
2. high school 4ever
This playlist is of no specific genre. Just a collection of songs my friends and I used to listen to back in high school. From emo days to rnb to wannabe party kids to an assortment of some Taylor Swift songs. This playlist is a bit all over the place, but everytime I play a random song, it instantly takes me back to a specific time in high school. Also, it’s just so funny how I don’t remember any lessons from high school, but I still remember the lyrics to almost every song in this playlist. Lol.
3. Taylor Swift – Lover album & The Greatest Showman OST

4. feel good
Songs that are so easy to listen to whenever, wherever, whatever. This is my bf & I’s go-to playlist everytime we’re in the car.
5. september baby
Basically just songs I listened to during my birth month last year, hence the title.
6. alt +
A collection of some alternative songs I used to love. Although some songs aren’t of this genre, I just have nowhere else to put them. I know, my OC self ain’t so happy about this either.
7. xx
Songs I listen to whenever I want to feel “kilig” aka an assortment of HONNE, LANY and Lauv playlist.
8. (f)aux
Such a fancy title, but there’s no deeper meaning to it, really. Just a collection of indie-pop songs I used to play in the car way back 2016-2018 using an aux cord, hence the title. I’m so witty.
9. make out
title speaks for itself. ;)
10. girls’ night
no-shame girly pop songs to bust and sing to during girls’ night. #KweenBeyForever!!
11. goodies
talk about songs from Friends, The Breakfast Club, my mom’s playlist and my old soul friends' playlists. Oldies but goodies.
12. vibe with me
This playlist is so personal. Just imagine drinking a glass of wine while playing this and it’s like you’re already vibing with me.
13. 2 0 0 X
rnb songs, old and new (but mostly old) I used to love growing up.
14. 90’s babyyy
Songs I used to listen to in pre-school and grade school. No-shame a Birtney/Backstreet fan girl!! But seriously, if you’re a 90’s baby, you might love this as well.
15. long live
And lastly, good old OPM band hits. Pretty explanatory. Long live, OPM! Haha
Bonus: Majestic Casual
Well technically, I didn’t make this playlist but you could also check it out. I loved Majestic even way before spotify was a thing and would only listen to these songs on youtube.
So, that’s it. I honestly think that playlists are so personal that it can take you back to a specific point in your life without having to use a time machine.
